Malas and Mantras

I made a mala the other day and it’s so me. It is a comforting presence now and as much as I use it for meditation, it is also an anxiety soothing tool. I think that’s why I am finally using one, it is so beautiful and I made it to fit me and my vibe. It is so beyond perfect.

When I hold it I feel connected to myself and my guides, so I take it everywhere with me. This has led to a semi-consistent mantra practice. I used to do them here and there, hello yoga and Kundalini. But now I am happy to grab my gorgeous mala and run through 108 of my mantra to calm my ass down.

Here are some of my faves!

Om mani padme Hum

  • Om- purifies the ego
  • Ma- purifies jealousy
  • Ni- purfies passion
  • Pad- purifies ignorance
  • Me- purifies greed
  • Hum- purifies hatred

I already have everything I need in the moment and I am grateful.

I am aligned.

Inhale strength, exhale weakness.

Universe that you with all I have for everything in my life.

I am exactly where I need to be to learn what I need to learn in order to become the person I must be.

I release my past experiences to write a new story that activates my light potential.

I am open to the magic of life.

All is well. I am loved.

When you love yourself, you become limitless.

I am worthy of getting everything I want.

I attract success by being my authentic self.

I trust myself to make the right choice.
